Stiffness, toughness, firmness and creep strength in the component are increased by reinforcing the plastic matrix with glass fibres.
\nGlass beads are also used in PP for modification purposes when higher stiffness and pressure resistance are necessary as well as when tendency to warp is to be reduced. Glass bead reinforcement can create improved surface quality.<\/p>\n
